Stress Free Career Change Telecourse

During a recent interview on Inside Success Radio, Marina Spence, creator of the Stress-Free Career Change System shared that according to studies, career change is reported to be one of the top ten causes of stress in a person's life.

Mount Jackson, VA (PRWEB) April 1, 2008 -- During a recent interview on Inside Success Radio, Marina Spence, creator of the Stress-Free Career Change System shared that according to studies, career change is reported to be one of the top ten causes of stress in a person's life.

The Stress Free Career Change System, which is delivered through one-on-one mentoring or in a telecourse, was created by Marina Spence in order to help people change careers without fear or stress, and to better enjoy their current career in the process.

Marina Spence has enjoyed success in three widely different careers. She claims that changing careers doesn't have to be stressful at all. In fact, she says that the funny thing about stress is that it can be managed and when it is managed, it feels like it's stress free.

"That sense of dread when you wake up and it's Monday again and you have to force yourself to get out of bed and you have to force yourself to go into the office and you look forward to Friday every week like its Christmas, that's a gift. It's a sign that something is wrong and needs to change," says Spence.

Spence's approach to the problem starts with a focus on the individual and what brings them inner peace, happiness and satisfaction. She says that a lot of people start off feeling like they hate everything about their job. When they analyze their specific likes and dislikes at the beginning of the telecourse they might find out that they actually really love and appreciate a lot of things about their current job and work environment.

Depending on how important those specific things are, they might need a completely new career or perhaps just a career adjustment. For example, a teacher who has starting hating her job of teaching high school students might rediscover her love of teaching as a corporate trainer.
