Oneida Nation Homelands—Stephanie Wheeler has been named vice president of human resources for the Oneida Indian Nation. She is responsible for all human resources operations for the Nation and its Turning Stone Resort and Casino, including compensation and benefits, licensing, recruitment, training, and employee relations and workplace programs.
Wheeler earned her bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pa.
She lives in Vernon with her husband, Steven
