Purpose

This metric is used to further analyze an organization''s hiring costs in terms of percent rather than dollar value. This also includes compensation and benefit expenses for relocation department staff.

Purpose

Relocation Cost Per Hire - Measures the average dollars spent on relocation costs per new hire. This metric monitors the costs associated with hiring employees.
