Denver, Colo. - July 24, 2006 - SPECTRUM Human Resource Systems Corp. announced that Matt Keitlen will assume the position of executive vice president and COO on Sept. 1, 2006.
For more than a decade, Keitlen has helped position SPECTRUM as an HRIS technology leader. Most currently he served as vice president of client services. His background in management, technology and services have guided the success of SPECTRUM.
"Matt has a strong sense of how SPECTRUM´s core operations work," says Nancy Spoor, executive vice president and COO. "Since joining SPECTRUM in 1987, he has been heavily involved in product enhancements, system implementations, customer support, and sales. He always puts the client experience foremost. Matt has served on the Business Continuity Committee and the Sarbanes/Oxley Preparedness Committee within SPECTRUM. This experience makes him the logical person for this position," says Spoor.

After serving as the COO for SPECTRUM for 23 years, Ms. Spoor will retire.

Matt Keitlen has over 18 years experience working with HR technology. Throughout his career, Matt has worked as a programmer/consultant, a client services representative, and a technical and sales manager for payroll and human resource services companies. He holds an MBA from California Polytechnic Institute and two Bachelor of Science degrees, Computer Science and Marketing from The Ohio State University. He is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
