During the March 11 webinar sponsored by the International Association for Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM), human resources (HR) managers will learn how to align programs with company business objectives to keep employees engaged and motivated, as well as strategies to retain top talent and attract the best employees for key positions. Jacqueline Kuhn, president of Kuhn Consulting Group and immediate past chair of IHRIM, will lead the discussion.  Kuhn has 25 years of HR and information technology experience, and has experience delivering HR solutions through technology enablement.  She has held related management positions for RR Donnelley & Sons, Computer Science Corporation, Moore North America, Sears and OfficeMax.  Currently, her firm specializes in products and services for HR technology management.

The webinar will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2009:
•       9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. (PST)
•       11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (CST)
•       12 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. (EST)

The registration fee is $99 for IHRIM members and $149 for non-members.  Registration includes one Internet connection, one set of handout materials and unlimited participant attendance at your site.  You will be able to listen to the presentation through Voice over IP (VoIP) via your computer speakers or headset, or by dialing into a toll number.

This program has been approved for 1.50 recertification credit hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
