PayMaster Adopts SaaS.com Partnership to Better Fulfill Client Needs
BRANCHBURG, N.J. – February 17, 2009 – WebApps, Inc. a.k.a. SaaS.com
(www.SaaS.com), a leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) with a
major push in Workforce Management Solutions, recently shaped a
partnership with PayMaster, Inc., a payroll service bureau focused on
enhancing its clients' productivity and profitability. As client satisfaction and
retention are more important now than ever due to the current economic
downturn, when PayMaster, Inc. clients began requesting a new workforce
management solution, the organization immediately began searching for a new
provider, which turned out to be SaaS.com.
Organizations can attain a return on investment with a SaaS-based workforce
management solution because of the ability to cut costs and improve
productivity within multiple components of business processes. Equally
important, organizations can save time. Romeo Chicco, President of
PayMaster, Inc. commented, "A client of ours was using a web-based
workforce management solution, and submitting payroll information to us
would still take them a few hours. After they implemented the SaaS.com
solution, the submission process was down to a half hour or less. I reminded
our client they had only been using the solution for a couple of weeks, so the
speed of processing payroll could only get better."
PayMaster, Inc. acknowledged that each aspect of the solution and its
functionality, including automated data capturing, play a role in the ability to
cut down on time allocated to tedious tasks. In addition to eliminating paper
timesheets, a set deduction for breaks, lunches or other non-productive time
periods can easily be applied. The organization also mentioned that clients
can quickly spotlight attendance infractions, run coverage reports, and
forecast overtime.
Two days after joining in a partnership with SaaS.com, PayMaster, Inc.
already brought its first client onto the system. "Through the research
process, we saw that an enterprise solution from SaaS.com was much more
dynamic than the publicly held organization's products we previously
provided," explained Chicco. "Prior to partnering with SaaS.com, we didn't
actively market any workforce management solutions on a wide scale
because if we came across certain organizations, we would've had to tell
them we couldn't supply the functionality they were looking for. We feel the
SaaS.com solution will fill any gap we formerly had with time and attendance.
Moving forward, I don't see any scenario we wouldn't be able to cover."
