SIMPLE STEPS TO AN OPTIMISTIC AND HEALTHIER YOU

Diane Lang’s Self-Help Book: Creating Balance and Finding Happiness
Livingston, NJ - Are you in search of a stress-free, well-balanced lifestyle? Diane Lang, certified counselor and accomplished therapist, has written her second book entitled Creating  Balance  Finding Happiness to help you achieve just that.  Using over one hundred various people as research subjects, the book is filled with easy to follow tips and simple steps to better your life. Without having to make drastic changes, Diane Lang helps you find a realistic approach to achieving success. “I realized there was such a need for tips and techniques to help us to live a healthier, more optimistic, well balanced lifestyle. I have those tips and wanted to share them so others can find happiness the way I did,” said Lang.

If there is anyone to take advice from, it’s Diane Lang. An educator of
Positive Psychology, the study of why people are happy, she has found that it can provide a strong foundation for finding great happiness and has applied this experience to her novel. Lang has dedicated her career to helping people turn their lives around and now with Creating Balance  Finding Happiness;  she hopes she can turn one into an optimist, literally.

Short and simple, the book provides tips that are easily added into your daily lifestyle. Unlike other self-help books, Lang does not tell the reader what to do, but offers tips and solutions that have worked for her and others. Creating Balance  Finding Happiness has a workbook feel in that it poses questions for thought that readers will find useful and gratifying. “The reader needs to go through each step and decide what they feel comfortable with.  Through trial and error the reader can see what works for them,” says Lang. “This book is a journey.  It will grow and change as you need it to.”

To ensure a successful experience for the reader, Lang lends some advice. “Be honest when answering the questions.  Be patient. There is no instant gratification and if you put the work in, you will get results. I know, I have done it,” she said.

“My goal for this book is to help others to be the best that they can be by using these tips to reach their full potentials and live positive lifestyles.  For themselves, as partners, as parents – Happiness is contagious.  Having positivity will spread happiness and make this world a better place for everyone.  It just happens,“ says Lang.
