Leveraging CheckPoint HR's Web-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS), the growing sports and fitness center chain is optimizing its payroll, recruiting and benefits more efficiently while cutting costs.
Parisi went live with CheckPoint HR in April 2006 and its first payroll implementation was seamless. Since then, Parisi has experienced an annual savings of over $40,000 and is currently experiencing a decrease in bookkeeping errors while continuously improving the productivity of the HR manager. With over 250 employees on CheckPoint HR's platform, Parisi is also experiencing a decrease in turnover through the online training and selling skills seminars that empower full and part-time staff members.
Faced with the increasing costs of healthcare benefits, CheckPoint HR's benefits subsidiary, The Wilshire Group, was able to reduce Parisi's overall group health insurance premiums by developing creative ideas specific to their Rx program.
