There is a lot of innovation taking place in our space everyday but if you don't have a filter to separate the wheat from the chaff, you can get overwhelmed and you can end up in analysis paralysis and get nothing done.
How do you find those targeted resumes and bios?
When you are doing searches on the major search engines, Google being only one of course, it is really important to know how to narrow it down. This is not going to be about writing Boolean search strings but if you do not have a good understanding of that, I would strongly encourage you to learn about it as soon as you can because the Internet has billions of pages and if you cannot narrow it down to a reasonable range of results - and we are talking really if you have more than 100 results from your search string - you are probably too broad and you are going to waste a lot of time sifting through irrelevant links. So the more finely tuned you can make your search, the more productive your time is going to be online.
