SEARCH INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES NEW ON-LINE COURSE TO ASSIST CORPORATIONS

AESC course aims to provide HR professionals with the tools needed manage and execute the search for senior executive talent
New York – April 16 – The Association of Executive Search Consultants is proud to offer its new online course “Recruiting Senior Executives: Managing the Search Process”, as part of its CorporateConnect service for organizations using or planning to use executive search consulting services. Aimed specifically at corporate HR professionals conducting senior executive recruitment, this course will provide the best practice tools needed to plan, execute and manage the finer points of a senior executive search.

•       Making the offer / Turning down unsuccessful candidates
