part in two presentations at the upcoming Independent Time & Labor
Management Association (ITLMA) Annual Conference and Exposition. The
event is scheduled to take place on May 27th - 30th, in Orlando, FL.

The ITLMA Annual Conference and Exposition provides an extremely focused
exhibitor venue in which organizations can find new qualified, experienced
dealers. The event's main purpose is to promote business improvement,
education, networking and fun for the whole family.

SaaS.com's first presentation, its Vendor Spotlight, will take place on
Thursday, May 28th at 3:40PM. The organization's representatives will be
discussing the pros and cons of web-based vs. client-installed solutions. This
will include the advantages and disadvantages in regards to pricing, security,
liability and other factors that directly relate to these types of solutions. One
of the main highlights this presentation will touch on is how the future of the
industry may be affected by both web-based and client-installed solutions.

On Friday, May 29th at 2:10PM, SaaS.com representatives will be conducting
an educational seminar entitled, "Satisfying Customer Requirements in an
Ever-Changing Market." One of the main focal points of this presentation is
putting an emphasis on emerging technology trends as well as strategies in
order to combat multi-facetted competitors while continuing to meet client
needs. The seminar will allow attendees to leverage off their peers, share
success stories, and collaborate on the different strategies available to rise
above their competition.
