Leading recruitment specialist s·com Group is celebrating winning the award for the best online advertisement of the year, at the recent ATSCo Awards, held at the Intercontinental Hotel in London.
The Association of Technology Staffing Companies (ATSCo) organises its annual awards and charity ball to celebrate the past year’s success and review the progress made. ATSCo is the trade association that has been providing a powerful unified voice for the professional technology staffing industry for a decade. The awards are recognised as a major indicator of professional standards, which demonstrate and recognise the efforts of its members to continually improve in competitive markets.
The independent panel of judges is chaired by Stephen Peerless, an independent consultant who has served on over 200 tender evaluation panels for end-user companies. Other panel members are drawn from the recruitment industry and are chosen for their knowledge and objectivity. The Online Advertising award is separately judged by industry experts in the field of online advertising.
The judging panel recognised s·com’s advertisement – an online advertising campaign coordinated with a dedicated website for contractors to work on projects with Jet Aviation - for its holistic approach to exceeding objectives for recruiting contractors and raising awareness of s·com and Jet Aviation’s new partnership. The judging panel commented: “s·com applied a holistic approach with its campaign and to fill 75 vacancies from one campaign is a truly world-class achievement.”
Against stiff opposition, the panel also recognised s·com for the design and placement of the online recruitment advertisement. All entries were judged on their creativity and suitability of copy for online advertising, including ease of understanding, optimisation for the online environment, branding and use of keywords.
