Minneapolis, Minn.– May 2, 2007 – RSM McGladrey today named Kimpa Moss Chief Human Resources Officer effective immediately. Moss will be based in RSM McGladrey’s Bloomington, Minn. office.
In her new role, Moss will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s human resources team, and continuing to build a results oriented and stimulating work environment for RSM McGladrey’s growing workforce. She will report directly to Steve Tait, president, as a member of the Executive Operating Team.

Moss currently serves as senior vice president of integrated client services, where she is responsible for accounting, tax and business consulting, industry leadership, key accounts and integration of emerging business services. Previously, she served as executive vice president of tax services. Moss joined the firm in 1986 as a tax specialist, and was promoted to partner in 1998. She also served on the firm’s women’s advisory council for five years.

Moss is a member of the American institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. She holds master’s degrees in accountancy and taxation from the University of Illinois and DePaul University, respectively.
