Rozanne Jones Joins PeopleFilter ® Technology as Western Regional Sales Manager

Industry Sales Veteran to Manage New Business Development for Growing Provider of Recruiting Solutions

ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill. (June 26, 2006) - PeopleFilter Technology, developers of the PeopleFilter applicant tracking system, today announced that Rozanne Jones has joined the company as the Western Regional Sales Manager.

Jones, an 18-year veteran in Human Resource Management Solutions, will be responsible for bringing her experience in hiring technology to companies in the Western Region.  She will develop new strategies and new business relationships to drive PeopleFilter´s solution development in the Western U.S.  Jones will also be responsible for maintaining close communication with PeopleFilter´s partners, such as Jobster, in the Western region.

Before joining PeopleFilter, Jones worked with both Fortune 500 and midsized companies helping them analyze and implement Applicant Tracking and Assessment processes.  Prior to her tenure in the recruiting and applicant tracking technology sector, Jones spent eight years in Ceridian´s Seattle office.  There, initially as a sales manager and then as a national account manager, she developed new business relationships for that company´s human resources, payroll and benefits services.  In recognition of her exemplary sales performance, she was a Ceridian President´s Club member all years. 

Jones has been an ongoing member of the IHRIM and SHRM Associations. She holds a bachelor´s degree in Business Administration from the Washington State University.
