Raleigh, NC (June 2, 2010)—Three expert coaches have joined forces to form Roving Coach International, a Triangle-based business-to-business provider of a unique type of coaching services. The RCI management team is composed of born entrepreneurs who have made a name for themselves in their respective fields.
CJ Scarlet, “Chief Rover” of RCI, possesses diverse leadership experience spanning 29 years in the corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors, and she brings powerful perspective to the RCI vision. Formerly the Director of Victims Issues for the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office and CEO of Healing Tree, Inc., CJ also serves as President of the Healing Tree Foundation. CJ, who is certified through the Coach Training Alliance, is an acclaimed author, motivational speaker, and life transitions coach. She also has 30 years experience in marketing and public relations.
Nicoa Dunne, President,brings 16 years of experience in global corporate communications and strategic human resources to the team. As a business partner and coach, her collaborative approach to innovative problem solving is refreshing and motivating. Nicoa’s career background includes more than eight years with GE, where she graduated from the GE Human Resources Leadership Program. Her four years with Thermo Fisher Scientific spanned 20 countries and included more than 10,000 employees in her client group. Most recently, as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, she provided key leadership in the transformation of Misys Healthcare, positioning the company and culture for growth and the ultimate merger with Allscripts. She is a graduate of the Newfield Coaching Network.
Stephanie McDilda, Chief Operating Officer, has coached top talent leaders with Nortel, Bank of America, GSK, IBM, and the State of North Carolina. With over 30 years of experience in leadership development, Stephanie’s in-depth knowledge and creative design of talent development programs, as well as her motivating coaching expertise differentiate her in the industry. In 1993, she formed her own small business as a coach, consultant, seminar leader, and motivational speaker. She also worked for several years on contract as a certified associate with Drake Beam Morin, a major international outplacement consultant, providing career coaching for clients. She is a graduate of Coach U.
All three women are members of the International Coach Federation and the ICF-Raleigh Area Chapter. They are certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioners, and are certified in the Tilt 360 predictor.
Roving Coach International provides on-the-job laser coaching in 30-minute sessions to middle managers and other employees who don’t typically have access to coaching.
