McCasland has 20 years of communication experience, with expertise in strategic planning, change and talent management, HR and benefit information delivery, employee training, and employee event planning.
McCasland received her bachelor´s degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards from the International Association of Business Communicators, including the Dallas chapter Communicator of the Year award. She is an accomplished speaker on communication issues, and authored an article in American Compensation Journal on workplace culture.
