Human Resources: RiseSmart Names Keith Jones CFO and Vice President of Finance and Administration

SAN JOSE, Calif. (April 6, 2010) – RiseSmart, a leading provider of Web-enabled outplacement and job search services, today announced that it has named Keith Jones its chief financial officer and vice president of finance and administration. In his new role, Mr. Jones will lead the company’s finance, accounting, technical support, human resources and legal functions.

Mr. Jones brings significant experience in the financial management of technology companies. Most recently, he served as CFO and vice president of finance for PDF Solutions Inc., a leading provider of yield improvement technology and services in the semiconductor industry.

Before PDF Solutions, Mr. Jones was assistant corporate controller for Interwoven, Inc., a provider of enterprise content management applications and services, and corporate controller for e-Time Capital Inc., a financial software applications and services company. Prior to his corporate finance management roles, Mr. Jones was an audit manager for Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Jones holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Fresno. He is a certified public accountant in California.
