Over the years Peter's career has been varied and dynamic; he has gone from co-plant manager in Montreal to Managing Director of Arlington Jewellers Ltd. in Ireland to President of Stephenson International, Inc., specializing in product design and development to presently acting as CEO of Rideau Recognition Solutions.
Peter readily admits that it is the evolution of the Rideau Family and the growth of their talents that has contributed to his and the company’s success.
Notwithstanding his modesty, Peter has been acclaimed by HRO Today magazine as one of its HR Outsourcing “Superstars” four years running. He is an active member of Recognition Professional International (formerly NAER) and was recently reappointed to its Board of Directors.
Peter is excited and challenged by the two hats he is going to wear. He knows that his good friend Cam Ferguson will be there to help in his new role as President while Cam remains a director on Rideau’s Board.
