Retailer Diamond Vogel Paint Takes In-House Control of its Payroll and Human Resources with Ultimate Software's UltiPro
WESTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 5, 2007--Ultimate Software

that Diamond Vogel Paint has taken in-house control if its payroll and
human resource operations and, after switching from a service bureau,
is experiencing improved data integrity, enhanced reporting, and

Before UltiPro, Vogel Paint, a family-owned paint manufacturer and
retailer headquartered in Orange City, Iowa, used a service bureau for
its payroll and managed its human resources with spreadsheets and
paper forms. With complexities resulting from 10 subsidiaries that
have separate federal employer identification numbers, Vogel Paint's
human resources team was growing tired of paying the service bureau
for bonus payroll runs resulting from errors that HR Director David
VanderWerff believed would not have occurred if his staff had in-house
