Resume Mirror, announced the appointment of Connie Pascal as Director, Partner and Client Development.

Connie has over 17 years experience providing recruitment, vendor management, web product development and strategic consulting services to both the staffing industry and HR teams of Fortune 2000 corporations. In her new position, Ms. Pascal will drive new business opportunities through further developing Resume Mirror´s channel and system integration partners and partner programs within the ERP markets.

VANCOUVER, B.C. February 16, 2006 - Resume Mirror, a division of Talent Technology Corporation and providers of industry leading recruiting technology components, today announced the appointment of Connie Pascal as Director, Partner and Client Development. Connie has over 17 years experience providing recruitment, vendor management, web product development and strategic consulting services to both the staffing industry and HR teams of Fortune 2000 corporations. In her new position, Ms. Pascal will drive new business opportunities through further developing Resume Mirror´s channel and system integration partners and partner programs within the ERP markets.

Ms. Pascal was previously with Kenexa Corporation as the product manager for Kenexa´s employment process outsourcing product. Prior to Kenexa, Ms. Pascal was a founding member of the Talent Market Group (TMG), a research and strategic consulting firm targeted towards the talent management systems market. She has been instrumental as a thought leader, talent management systems expert and recruitment product strategist for such firms as PeopleSoft, BrassRing, SAP, Unicru and Oracle. In partnership with HR.com, Ms. Pascal helped to launch the HR.com´s Buyers Guide to Talent Management Systems where she designed the scoring system, co- authored the content and served as co- lead researcher.  Ms. Pascal was a co- founder and a lead investor in Recruiting Solutions International, now owned by Ceridian, Inc.
  
She also held the position of VP of Operations for The Interbiznet Group and held recruitment management positions with Andersen Consulting, New Era of Networks (NEON), Princeton Information and Brandon Consulting (now Spherion). Connie is currently a member of the Education Advisory Board and the Future Trends Panel for the Human Capital Institute.  She has authored a wide variety of articles including the foreword to the book "Talent Management Systems - Best Practices in Technology Solutions for Recruitment, Retention and Workforce Planning" by Allan Schweyer.
