A seasoned executive with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare leadership, Lautermilch will assume her duties at Rehoboth McKinley on July 27, 2009.

Prior to joining Rehoboth McKinley, Lautermilch served as the chief patient officer for Highline Medical Center, a 270-bed, two-campus medical facility in Seattle, Wash. Her career has included executive leadership positions at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, Wis., and Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, Wis. Lautermilch holds a master's in business administration from the University of Edinburgh in Edinburgh, Scotland, and a master's in nursing from the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada.
