JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (February 28, 2006) -- Recruitmax, a global provider of technology and services for building great workforces, announced that effective today, the company has changed it´s corporate name from Recruitmax Software, Inc. to Vurv Technology, Inc.
The new name - which is a derivative of the word verve, meaning "a creative energy, talent, passion" - better describes the organization and its product suite that focuses on managing the entire employee lifecycle. It also further differentiates Vurv from its competitors in the rapidly growing market for workforce management software.
