Salter will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the Washington, D.C. office, including all areas of sales and service: government sales, relationship management, operations and transportation delivery. Salter will report directly to Margery Marshall, Prudential Relocation President.

Most recently, Salter was Senior Vice President Government and Military Market for Cartus Mobility, where she served in various positions since 1979, including accounting, real estate, marketing and general office management. Her responsibilities included working with lobbyists, federal officials and associations, developing multi-year marketing and branding strategies, and expanding relationships with contracted accounts. She has been honored with 100 percent client retention and satisfaction ratings, the NAACP Community Service Award, Employee Relocation Council Meritorious Service, and the General Services Administration's Award for significant contributions to the Federal Advisory Committee Act. She was also named one of the Top 50 Powerful Women in Relocation.
