"I have been writing résumés for selected clients for some time, but I didn´t want to launch the business until I could be certain of providing the highest level of services. "Because of my own background as a hiring manager in transportation sales, I know how important it is to understand what is happening on the decision-maker´s side of the desk," said Mohiuddin. "One of the things that I took away from this panel was that a résumé directed towards an outside recruiter, who is really a liaison between the candidate and the hiring entity, is a somewhat different beast from a résumé that is headed straight for the human resources department and must speak entirely for itself."
