 We are pleased to inform you that ASSOCHAM is organizing  a  two-day seminar  on “Productivity and Performance Linked Compensation and Reward System - Sharing Experience”,     Tuesday and Wednesday,  20-21st February  2007  at ASSOCHAM House, 47 Prithviraj Road,  Opp: Safdarjung Tomb, New Delhi  110 011.     

 The objective of the seminar  is to provide knowledge to the participants in the area of linking wage compensation, reward systems  &  benefits to Productivity and  Performance through presentations from  highly experienced and learned speakers and to give them an opportunity  to seek their guidance and share experiences to enable them to adopt similar  system  in their companies.   This is designed for senior / middle level functionaries, especially from Management Services, HR & IR, Finance departments and other Functional areas and representatives of recognized trade unions/bargaining agents from the industry  etc.    We believe that the seminar  will provide value addition in the knowledge of participants to equip them with latest trends on the system.  You are invited to nominate managers /executives from your organization to participate and benefit from the deliberations of the seminar.    A copy of the tentative programme along with nomination form is enclosed.    

The participation fee (non-residential) is Rs. 5000/- per participant (For ASSOCHAM members Rs. 4500/- only), which partly covers the cost of lunch, tea (for both days), conference bag, reading material, other overheads, etc.  Moreover, 10% discount is allowed for nomination of three or more persons from the same organization.  For outside participants if request is received for arranging accommodation in time,  help can be extended to book accommodation at YMCA Tourist Hostel, New Delhi or somewhere else at the cost of the nominating organization.   The nominations be made indicating the name(s), designation(s) of your nominees and sent to us along with the participation fee by a local cheque/ demand draft drawn in favour of  “ASSOCHAM” payable at New Delhi to reach us at the earliest, but not later than 14th  February 2007.  However to avoid disappointment advance confirmed intimation may be made to us by Fax:  011-24604932 / e-mail: m.k.garg[at]assocham.com  /  hrd[at]assocham.com.   The nominations will be accepted on first come basis.
