MEMPHIS - [November 13, 2006] – For the second consecutive year, Primacy Relocation was ranked number one by both transferring employees and relocation managers in Trippel Survey & Research’s Annual Nationwide Relocating Employees and Managers Surveys.
“Being recognized two years in a row by both transferees and relocation managers for our services is an incredible honor and validation for the Primacy teams who work so hard to make relocation seamless for everyone involved in the moving process,” said Michelle Vallejo, SCRP, GMS, Primacy’s President, The Americas.
Known for its comprehensive results and wide reach, the Trippel Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey, now in its 12th year, objectively evaluates customer satisfaction levels among varied relocation service providers. Trippel questioned 2,740 transferees (transferred within the U.S.) over a 12-month period ending June 2006. In addition to being ranked number one in customer service, Primacy also earned the distinction of having the highest percentage of Top Block score (those ranking services a 9 or 10) and lowest percentage of Bottom Block (those ranking services 1 through 6).
Earlier this fall, the 5th Annual Trippel Relocation Managers Survey polled a total of 244 corporate relocation managers on their satisfaction with the relocation management service firms that administer their employee relocation programs. The survey asked relocation managers to compare their relocation providers’ strengths and weaknesses in a variety of categories. Among the five largest relocation firms, Primacy ranked the highest in net satisfaction and average scores.
