    WESTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 4, 2007--Ultimate Software

that AFC Enterprises, Inc., is "live" on UltiPro delivered through its
Intersourcing service model and, after an on-time, under-budget
implementation, is optimizing its employee management processes with
UltiPro.

    With approximately 1,700 U.S.-based employees, AFC Enterprises,
Inc., is the franchisor of Popeyes(R) Chicken & Biscuits, the world's
second-largest quick-service chicken concept based on number of units.
The hospitality company had been using a Business Process Outsourcing
(BPO) model from a service bureau, but AFC wanted more functionality
and in-house control of its payroll and workforce processes for
enhanced report generation, improved data integrity, and
cross-organizational efficiencies. AFC selected UltiPro, went live on
Intersourcing in November 2005, and has been taking advantage of
UltiPro's strategic reporting and HRMS/payroll capabilities.

blended learning approach for training that lets customers select from
instructor-led classes in traditional on-site classrooms, virtual
classes, electronic Web conferences and training events, or

task-based, enabling the attendee to focus on the skills that he or
