MINNEAPOLIS (May 31, 2006) - Personnel Decisions International (PDI) announces the hiring of Zarir Erani as vice president of technology.
He will be responsible for clarifying, setting, and implementing a technology portfolio strategy, ensuring an appropriate technology prioritization model that aligns with the business strategy and developing a business intelligence system to leverage volumes of data.

Prior to joining PDI, Erani served as vice president of information technology and solution delivery for MotivAction, an industry-leading incentive marketing company in Minneapolis. He led all administrative delivery efforts, leading a team of 50 members, and played a key role on the executive team, where he was responsible for creating and implementing the technology strategy. He also held positions with DBI Consulting, Inc. and Carlson Marketing Group.
Erani obtained a Bachelor of Science in computer science, finance, and marketing from Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minn., and a Master of Business Administration with a Management Information Systems specialization from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn.
