MINNEAPOLIS (April 13, 2007) – Personnel Decisions International (PDI) today announced that Tricia LaMarca has been named general manager of the Los Angeles office. LaMarca joined the company in September 2003.
“We are fortunate to have Tricia leading our growing Los Angeles office," said Tommy Daniel, Senior Vice President and Director of PDI's West Region. “She brings an outstanding track record to her new and expanded role within the company and we look forward to her playing a valuable role in the company's West Coast operations.
” As general manager, LaMarca will provide overall direction to the Los Angeles office as it relates to PDI's global business strategy. She will continue to forge new client relationships and expand existing relationships.
LaMarca joined PDI as the account executive for the Los Angeles area. In that role she focused on gaining new clients and increasing overall market awareness. In fiscal year 2005, she received the Chairman's Award for Sales Rookie of the Year, acknowledging her overall performance and her demonstrated service and collaboration.
Prior to joining PDI, LaMarca worked for Spherion in a variety of roles, including Partnership Director. She holds a B.A. from California State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
