MINNEAPOLIS (July 31, 2006) - Personnel Decisions International (PDI) today announced the addition of Dr. Feng Li to its Shanghai office as a senior consultant.
In this role Dr. Li is responsible for leveraging his expertise in assessment, expanding his skill set around PDI´s development and talent strategy offerings and establishing relationships with new clients.

Dr. Li most recently served as vice president and general manager for Talent Shanghai, where he was instrumental in developing the assessment and consulting division of the company. Dr. Li´s consulting career began at Gallup, which helped prepare him for and provided him with a deep understanding of the needs of the Chinese market.
Dr. Li holds a bachelor´s degree in psychology from Peking University in Beijing, a master´s degree in education from Northeastern Teachers University in Changchun, China, and a doctorate in psychology from the University of Hong Kong.
