PERSONNEL DECISIONS INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES NEW VICE PRESIDENTS

Personnel Decisions International (PDI) today announced that Simon Callow, Charlotte Gerstner, Dave Gudanowski, Mike Krebsbach, Donna Neumann and Peter Tomich have been promoted to vice president.

MINNEAPOLIS (Oct. 16, 2006) - Personnel Decisions International (PDI) today announced that Simon Callow, Charlotte Gerstner, Dave Gudanowski, Mike Krebsbach, Donna Neumann and Peter Tomich have been promoted to vice president.

"It is a pleasure to appoint such an impressive group to the vice president level," said Cindy Marsh, Ph.D., president and chief operating officer of PDI. "Each talented person brings a great deal of experience and energy to the table, and we look forward to further developing our business under their leadership."

As vice president and managing director of PDI - United Kingdom, Callow makes significant contributions in the areas of assessment, coaching, leadership programs and organizational development. Recently, Callow has also taken on the role of cluster leader for the Europe, Middle East and North America (EMEA) North region. Callow joined PDI in 2000, was promoted to deputy manager in 2003 and became managing director in 2005. Prior to joining PDI, Callow served as a principle consultant for an Oxford, England-based consultancy specializing in strategic management development. He is the recipient of a Chairman´s Award in the category of Business Development Million Dollar Club.

In her role as vice president of leadership assessment solutions for PDI´s East region, Gerstner takes an active role in shaping the strategy and direction of the business, developing IP, supporting business development and equipping offices within the region to deliver new offerings. Gerstner is based out of PDI´s New York office and previously served as director of the leadership assessment solutions practice group. Since joining PDI in 2001, Gerstner has earned several Chairman´s Awards, including Million Dollar Club for Client Management and Business Development, Innovation, Triple Crown Individual Goal Achievement and Distinguished Consultant.

Since joining PDI in 1998, Gudanowski has made strong contributions as director of the leadership assessment solutions practice area in PDI´s Brussels, Belgium, office. As vice president, he will play a significant role in the areas of consulting, IP development, business development and capabilities building throughout the EMEA region. Gudanowski has twice been the recipient of Chairman´s Awards for Business Development Million Dollar Club, and also has received the Distinguished Consultant Achievement Award and an Innovation Award.

As vice president of accounting operations, located at PDI headquarters in Minneapolis, Krebsbach is responsible for running large processes, controlling costs and implementing new systems. Previously serving as director of accounting operations, he also has been instrumental in developing several internal Web tools that enhance the company´s financial reporting systems and accounts receivable programs. In addition, Krebsbach recently assumed the role of APAC controller. He is the recipient of a Chairman´s Award for Business Process Improvement. 

As vice president of the strategy practice area for PDI, Neumann, based in the Atlanta office, drives the expansion and deployment of intellectual capital used to support business strategy, human capital strategy and human recourses functional strategy. Most recently, Neumann served as director of the strategy practice area. Prior to joining PDI in 1995, Neumann served in financial, strategic planning, and operational development roles for several Fortune 500 companies. She is the recipient of two Chairman´s Awards for Innovation, as well as a Triple Crown Individual Goal Achievement.

In his role as vice president and managing director of PDI´s Geneva office, Tomich´s expertise lies in developing plans and driving results, which enable him to build considerable business with a number of significant PDI clients. He also heads the Middle East virtual team and is the cluster leader for the EMEA South region. Most recently, Tomich served as managing director of the Geneva office, where he was an influential leader in helping the office reach its strategic goals. Prior to joining PDI, Tomich held various positions within the fields of banking, outplacement and human resources. He is the recipient of numerous Chairman´s Awards, including the Million Dollar Club for Business Development and Client Management, Distinguished Leadership Award and Team Goal Achievement Awards.
