In this workshop, attendees will play "Employee Hold´em"- a lively, entertaining card game in which each participant learns the basics of workforce engagement. Marc Drizin, who is the co-author of an upcoming book titled "Employee Hold´emTM: Strategies to Recruit, Retrain, Reward, and Retain Talent" (WorldatWork, 2006), will discuss which types of work-life programs (such as elder or child care) are drivers of engagement for the diverse generations in today´s workforce, and how develop action plans to make workforce engagement an organizational priority.
