Among the SHL assessments that pan will now offer is the well-known Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ).  Grounded upon a work-based model of personality, the OPQ provides a framework for understanding the role of personality in the workplace and its impact on job function.  Various reports can be generated from the OPQ including those suitable for selection, development and team building.  Additional instruments that will be distributed include the NCT1 and NMT4, which assess an individual´s ability to interpret and think critically about numerical data.
