PeopleFilter Technology Names Debra Lynn as Manager, Marketing and Communications

Seasoned Recruitment Executive to Drive Marketing and Branding Initiatives for Rapidly Growing Applicant Tracking System Provider
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. (July 25, 2007) - PeopleFilter® Technology, developers of the PeopleFilter applicant tracking system (ATS), today announced that Debra (Crumble) Lynn has joined the company as Manager, Marketing and Communications.  In this capacity, she is responsible for planning, developing and delivering all sales-focused marketing communications and ensuring that PeopleFilter’s products are developed and marketed with strategic purpose and client interest.

A seasoned marketing executive, Lynn’s experience includes recruitment advertising, radio broadcast sales, applicant tracking technology, consulting and marketing.  Her 20-year career includes client management at Bernard Hodes Group (Omnicom), sales at ATS vendor iSearch, recruitment, education and consumer advertising sales at The New York Times and Newsweb Radio Company.  In 2002, she joined Tiburon Group (which later merged with Capital H Group) where she headed marketing and sales efforts, positioning the company to be highly attractive in its offerings and ready for acquisition. Throughout her advertising and marketing career, recruitment and HR have always remained her primary areas of concentration.

Lynn is the former president of the Chicago region Employment Management Association (EMA/SHRM) and was one of the original charter members of the Chicago region, which formed in the late 1980s.
