PeopleFilter Technology Announces Sourcing Accelerator

PeopleFilter Sourcing Accelerator Connects with Hard-to-Reach Candidates on Non-Traditional Recruiting Sites

ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill. (June 29, 2006) - PeopleFilter ® Technology, developers of the PeopleFilter applicant tracking system, today announced the general availability of Sourcing AcceleratorTM, a recruiting tool designed to solicit potential candidates from non-traditional sources by introducing them to an opportunity in a softer, faster and easier method than a traditional want advertisement.

Many technology offerings mine job boards and resume banks searching for candidates who are actively seeking employment. After identifying these potential employees, recruiters must then compete for those candidates. PeopleFilter Sourcing Accelerator provides an efficient and automated way for organizations to attract the best potential employees who are not currently searching for a new career.

"PeopleFilter Sourcing Accelerator offers employers an opportunity to use non-traditional recruiting sites to reach candidates in the places where they spend their free time online," said Kevin Harrison, COO of PeopleFilter Technology. "When companies enhance their ability to attract passive job seekers, not just candidates pounding the pavement looking for a job, they double or triple their recruiting base, which guarantees an improved candidate pool, saving companies time and money during the recruitment process and increasing employee retention."

Sourcing Accelerator provides organizations with the ability to attract the talent that other recruiting technologies overlook because recruitment advertisements can be located anywhere, including sites such as Yahoo! and CNN.com or on niche, special interest sites. When a potential candidate views an advertisement, they are presented with general information about the organization and the career opportunity. At that juncture, candidates have two options: they can apply for the job or simply express interest in learning more about the opportunity by completing a brief customizable questionnaire.

The information collected can then be used to send targeted electronic communications, via PeopleFilter´s sophisticated Candidate Relationship Module, to invite the potential candidate to take additional steps such as attending an open house or submitting a formal application. To ensure consistency, the graphic images contained within the advertisement that originally attracted the candidate are maintained throughout the candidate´s experience in the recruitment process.

"Sourcing Accelerator is complementary to our ongoing initiatives to reach passive job seekers through integration with services such as Jobster, which provides us with the capability to reach passive candidates through our Employee Referral Program," stated Tim Beaumont, Senior Vice President of Sales at PeopleFilter Technology.

Sourcing Accelerator performs as a product function within the PeopleFilter - Enterprise Edition Applicant Tracking System or can function as an entirely stand alone system. Sourcing Accelerator can also enhance other vendors´ application tracking systems.
