RMS Helps Global Companies Increase Recruiter Productivity and Attract Top Talent

RALEIGH, N.C., December 16, 2005 - Taking recruitment to the next level, Peopleclick Inc., the leading provider of total workforce acquisition solutions for global companies, today announced a new version of its Recruitment Management System, RMS. The company´s latest solution is aimed at helping global companies increase recruiter productivity and engage top talent. A web-based, enterprise-wide solution, RMS offers a new candidate portal, market-leading concept search functionality, global capabilities and significant screening enhancements.

Improved Candidate Experience - Global Candidate Portal

As candidates across the globe have taken on the role of informed consumer and companies are competing for top performers, the candidate experience is key. Peopleclick RMS offers global capabilities including multi-lingual career sites. Peopleclick customers can make their career sites available to candidates in as many languages as they would like, including all Asian and double-byte languages. Plus, candidates can search and apply in the language of their choice.

In addition, the candidate portal allows potential applicants to utilize personal accounts, search agents, application assistance and referral tools. Often used for internal mobility, the candidate portal also includes robust new employee referral features.

Search Efficiency Drives Recruiter Productivity

The new search tools within RMS make it easier to match qualified candidates with appropriate job openings. This includes conceptual search, which allows recruiters to refine a set of search results around a selected candidate and to mine the entire talent pool based on this "ideal" profile. In addition, resume keyword highlighting and the ability to search questionnaire responses, attachments and recruiter or interviewer notes is now available.

Questionnaires Enhance Screening Potential

The new candidate portal enables the use of questionnaires in the application process or at pre-determined points in the hiring process. For example, companies can choose to use basic screening questions when a candidate initially applies, and then automatically send skill-based questions later in the hiring process. Recruiters with permission can create job-specific questions, bundle them into reusable questionnaires, add them to job postings and link them to set hiring process milestones.

Additional enhancements to RMS include simplified approval processes and a redesigned user interface.
