Peopleclick Ends First Quarter with Highest Single Quarter Revenue in Corporate History

Peopleclick, Inc., the leading global talent acquisition solutions provider, announced today the company’s single highest revenue generating quarter in its corporate history.

RALEIGH, N.C. – May 21, 2007 – Peopleclick, Inc., the leading global talent acquisition solutions provider, announced today the company’s single highest revenue generating quarter in its corporate history. Total revenue for the first quarter was $12.8 million, putting the company on target for its 2007 revenue and profitability goals. In addition, the company has added over 30 clients across all product lines in the first quarter of 2007.

“It has long been ingrained in our corporate philosophy that in order to be successful, our clients’ success must come first,” said Ron Kupferman, chairman and CEO of Peopleclick. “With this quarter’s record revenues, continued positive feedback from our clients and the largest backlog in corporate history, it is clear that our focus on the unique needs of recruitment, vendor management and affirmative action is paying off. We continue to grow and build support among some of the most influential organizations in the world.”

A long-time client of Peopleclick, T-Mobile, renewed their Recruitment Management Solution contract in the first quarter of this year. “We saved over $3.6 million in our first year after deploying Peopleclick RMS, saw our time-to-hire decrease by 25 percent and our cost-per-hire drop by over 40 percent. The Peopleclick solution stood out against other competitive offerings because of its flexibility and ability to meet our unique needs,” said Stephen Carr, recruitment manager at T-Mobile. Cadbury Schweppes, with over 17,000 employees and headquartered in the UK, is a new Peopleclick client using the company’s CAAMS affirmative action planning software. The organization adopted the technology to help manage its large and ever growing volume of affirmative action and diversity data while at the same time allowing the company to monitor compliance and measure progress towards its goals. “Peopleclick offers so much more than efficient, accurate reporting. They are partnering with their clients and helping them make better decisions to make us better employers. It’s about the relationship,” said Ilyce Eley, compliance specialist for Cadbury Schweppes.

In addition to Cadbury Schweppes, new clients added this quarter included AIG Europe (UK) Limited; Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport; Express Scripts, Inc.; Fleishman-Hillard, Inc.; LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP; March of Dimes Foundation and National Instruments Corp. Peopleclick also had many current clients renew this quarter including Carillion Construction Limited, Citizens Bank and Trust, First National Bank and Trust, J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Johnson Controls and T-Mobile.

Peopleclick has leveraged its core competency and over ten years of experience in recruitment of all types of labor – including salaried, hourly and contingent – as well as its expertise in affirmative action and EEO compliance to continually grow adoption of its software and services. The company’s focus on creating a best-in-breed, holistic approach to talent acquisition has proven to be a winning strategy for Peopleclick clients around the globe.
