Raleigh, N.C., November 15, 2006 – Peopleclick, Inc., the leading global workforce acquisition provider, celebrated dozens of client successes at its recently concluded Global Client Conference that ran from November 5 to 8 at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. Attendance at the company’s second annual conference was up by 40 percent over the one held in 2005.
The conference, “COMPASS 2006: Celebrating Your Success,” hosted presentations from Peopleclick clients and partners including Coca-Cola, Expedia, Motorola, The Home Depot, CARQUEST, Monster, Spherion and many others. In addition, the program included commentary from industry thought leaders including Gerry Crispin, co-founder of CareerXroads, Bill Kutik, technology columnist atHuman Resource Executive and Kevin Wheeler, founder and president of Global Learning Resources, Inc.
During his opening presentation, Stephen A. The event began with two days of industry training courses including many HRCI-certified sessions. Monday and Tuesday offered attendees general and breakout sessions covering topics including global workforce acquisition, diversity, affirmative action, case studies, staffing metrics and compensation analysis. In addition, Peopleclick hosted sessions focused on new product enhancements as well as areas of investment for the company such as Peopleclick High Volume technology, CAAMS Reporting Center and advances to its Onboarding technology.
Attending the conference, Lisa Rowan, program manager, HR and talent management services with IDC commented, “The combination of training classes and educational sessions, including those by day-to-day users of the technology, was a powerful mix. The 2007 Peopleclick Global Client Conference is being held July 29 to August 1 and will be hosted at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel in Dana Point, California.
