More than 150 executives and human resource professionals convened at the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island for two and a half days of client success stories, industry speakers, training sessions and product updates. President & CEO Steve Sasser kicked off the event with his address: "Your Success with Our Solutions."
"Our success is based on your success with Peopleclick - our products and services, our strategy and expertise," Sasser told attendees. "Over the past 18 months, we have transitioned to a Software-as-a-Service business model, which allows us to provide clients the advantages of lower cost and risk, easier deployment and ongoing support."
Sasser noted that renewal rates for its Recruitment Management System (RMS), Vendor Management System (VMS) and Affirmative Action products and services are over 95 percent. In addition, the company has added 163 new clients through the first three quarters of 2005, and expects new sales bookings to increase 30 percent over 2004.
Industry thought leaders shared insights with attendees from around the world.
