MINNEAPOLIS (May 3, 2006) - Officials today announced the formation of Career Partners International, Professional Edge. Professional Edge recently purchased the Career Transition division of Personnel Decisions International (PDI). The new company will be led by Patricia Berg, chief executive officer of Professional Edge, and Lee Skaalrud, president of Professional Edge, with continued participation from Lowell Hellervik, Ph.D., chief executive officer and chairman of PDI.
Professional Edge will continue the legacy of a high value, high service firm while developing leading edge contemporary offerings. Professional Edge will work with client firms to achieve their desired results in each of five practice areas: outplacement, executive transitions, career development, workforce effectiveness and e-learning. This will be accomplished with flexible solutions, a focus on the individual, innovation and an unprecedented service commitment.
