Payroll Experts Inc., an Arizona based payroll service bureau that specializes
in payroll, benefits and HR support. Payroll Experts discovered SaaS.com
while looking for a solution that would allow it to provide a more complete set
of offerings.
Payroll Experts realized SaaS.com's private label model allows partners to sell
and support the software as if it were the organization's own product. "In
the past we've had partnerships, but couldn't take them to the next level
because we wanted to be able to support our clients directly, instead of
referring them to someone else," said Jason Roth, President of Payroll
Experts. "What we were looking for was a solution that would be very simple
to use for small businesses, yet easily scalable for larger companies that
wanted more complex solutions, all while being very cost-effective."
After attaining a partnership with SaaS.com, partners are provided with
marketing materials branded with their organization's look and feel, in addition
to sales tools to assist them in the sales process. However, Payroll Experts
has yet to put them to use because, "The software itself is the selling tool.

Just giving a demonstration of the solution has people excited enough that
we haven't had the need for additional sales tools yet," stated Roth.
The partnership has allowed Payroll Experts to offer more integrated
solutions. Now, instead of matching its competitors, the organization has
surpassed them. Roth explained, "There are many providers of time and
attendance solutions we could have partnered with. We chose SaaS.com
