Shepardson, a human resource technology industry expert and three-time Human Resource Management System (HRMS) solutions specialist of the year at Oracle Corporation, will drive future OBA business development for Workscape in the Western U.S. A sales transaction manager in the HR technology industry for more than 15 years, he spent the past 10 years as a top producer for Oracle´s National HCM Sales Organization.
Prior to joining Oracle, Shepardson worked as an HRMS applications specialist for Cyborg Systems, Inc. He was also previously a senior sales representative at Spectrum Human Resource Systems Corporation, and the Sales and Marketing director at Dean Evans & Associates. Shepardson holds a bachelor´s degree in marketing and business administration from Viterbo College (now Viterbo University) in La Crosse, Wis. He lives with his wife and two children in Highlands Ranch, Colo.
