Six of the ten irritants "managers changing their minds about what they want, lack of support from managers, pressure from managers, feeling put upon by managers, interruptions by managers and bullying behavior by managers" are related to the boss's action or behavior.3 All of these issues could be managed in a healthy relationship with an effective boss.
