systems and services, has appointed Samuel V. (Trey) Campbell as its new
president of Americas. In this role, Campbell will lead all management and
operational activities for NorthgateArinso in both North and South America,
including NorthgateArinso's operations in the US, Canada, Argentina, Brazil,
and Mexico.
ATLANTA - September 9, 2009 - NorthgateArinso, the global provider of HR
systems and services, has appointed Samuel V. (Trey) Campbell as its new
president of Americas. In this role, Campbell will lead all management and
operational activities for NorthgateArinso in both North and South America,
including NorthgateArinso's operations in the US, Canada, Argentina, Brazil,
and Mexico.
A leader with more than 25 years of professional management experience, and
13 years of in-depth experience in human resource outsourcing, Campbell was
most recently the president and CEO of Accenture BPO Services LLC, a
subsidiary of Accenture. In this role, Campbell led key initiatives
including sales strategy, operational delivery, control enhancement, client
negotiations and technology architecture modification.
At Accenture BPO Services, Campbell worked intimately with his team to
align and integrate the business with Accenture's overall strategy.
Previously, Campbell held senior executive roles with Hewitt Associates and
Exult Inc.

In addition to Campbell's appointment, NorthgateArinso has also appointed
Nathan McCardle as regional CFO in the Americas region. McCardle was most
recently the vice-president of finance for the Electronic Banking Services
division at Fiserv. He will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting
activities in addition to working with the executive team at NorthgateArinso
to fulfill the company's strategic and long-term objectives.
Finally, NorthgateArinso is pleased to announce the appointment of Pradeep
Upad to the new position of vice-president of consulting, North America.
Upad has more than twenty years of experience in systems and process
integration, HR BPO consulting, ERP packages, technical architecture, sales
support and consulting operations. At NorthgateArinso, Upad will be
integrating teams across consulting with regional and global business
objectives.
