NEW YORK: Sept. 30, 2009 -- Norman Kerr has joined Buck Consultants as a Principal in the firm's Pittsburgh office.
With more than 25 years of insurance and health care industry experience, Kerr joins Buck from Mercer where he most recently served as principal and senior health care consultant. He has expertise in the delivery of design strategy, flexible benefits, complex cost projections, vendor management, care management/wellness strategies and other traditional and non-traditional group insurance analyses.
Kerr received his bachelor’s degree from University of Pittsburgh.
