Learning in Practice Vendor Award given by Chief Learning Officer (CLO)
Magazine.
The prestigious CLO Learning in Practice Awards recognizes
industry leaders who have demonstrated excellence in the design and
delivery of workforce learning and development programs. The awards
ceremony was held at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona
on Tue, Oct. 2 in conjunction with the Fall 2007 Chief Learning Officer
Symposium.

expert panel of judges, composed of industry experts and executives from
some of the world's largest and most-respected companies, determined

American Express evaluated three delivery modes of the program:
online, instructor-led and a blended approach which included online,
classroom and a variety of supporting activities. It was found that the

increase over stand alone online courses. At half the cost, it also
achieved more than double the ROI than that of the classroom-based
training.
