New SuccessFactors Research Partnership will Analyze the Effects Performance and Talent Management has on Business Results

SuccessFactors and Human Capital Luminary Dr. Fitz-enz Collaborate on Groundbreaking Research; Findings Advance Knowledge of Human Capital Management

The project under the direction of Dr. Jac Fit-enz, CEO of Workforce Intelligence Institute and Erik Berggren, Director of Customer Results at SuccessFactors will combine subject matter expertise with Dr. Fitz-enz´s acclaimed ability in human capital benchmarking and performance measurement. The project goal is to substantiate and find evidence that aligned goals and integrated pay for performance drive positive business results.  

SuccessFactors currently enjoys a research base of over 700 customers and 2 million users worldwide.  The joint study with Dr. Fitz-enz will incorporate findings and measurements from some of SuccessFactors´ largest customers as well as an additional 100 companies of equal size. The research has been designed to incorporate a combination of quantitative, statistical analysis with in-depth qualitative findings.
