Goidel joins Hodes after serving as Interactive Director for three, an integrated marketing company based in Atlanta. Prior to his stint at three, he held the position of Director of Engineering at Moxie Interactive where he spearheaded development of ECCO – A proprietary media campaign measurement tool that evaluates metrics of Engagement, Connection, Conversion and Opinion according to weighted benchmarks and aggregates the numbers into a single campaign efficacy score. Goidel also founded and managed Media Firma, an interactive boutique where he produced award-winning, brand-centric web sites, email marketing campaigns and application interfaces for clients such as the GA Lottery, Coca-Cola, and ADP. In addition, throughout his career he has produced effective solutions for other top brands such as Microsoft, Bellsouth, Mercedes Benz, IBM and GE Power Systems.
