New InScope Content Release Features Hospitality Industry Job Models And Competencies

InScope Corporation, provider of Competency Management and competency-based Performance Management tools, announces the release of its Hospitality Industry Content. This addition further expands InScope´s comprehensive Competency and Job Model libraries.

 

The content release includes over 40 key Hospitality Industry Job Models-each of which consists of industry-specific and functional competencies, as well as other pertinent skills and behaviors. Job Models are now available for Hotel Management and Rooms/Lodging positions. Over 30 Hospitality Industry- specific competencies are also included, featuring distinct definitions, over 600 associated behavioral indicators and more than 400 behaviorally-based interview questions. This significant release marks Phase 1 for InScope Hospitality content. Upcoming hospitality additions (Food & Beverage; Gaming) are expected in February 2006.
