Denver, Colo. - July 24, 2006 - SPECTRUM Human Resource Systems Corp. announced that Sybll Romley has been appointed president and CEO effective Sept. 1, 2006.
"Sybll´s experience over 20 years with SPECTRUM includes a successful record of senior leadership in sales, marketing, product planning and development," says Jim Spoor, current president and CEO at SPECTRUM. "Throughout the years, she has played a vital role in setting the overall corporate strategy and the growth of the company to a position of industry leadership. Additionally, her active participation on SPECTRUM´s Board of Directors makes her well-prepared for this position."
Since the company´s founding, Romley has taken an active role in leading the company through several technology transitions. Her in-depth understanding of the HR profession, awareness to system functionality, knowledge of SPECTRUM´s products and services and proactive leadership style have helped SPECTRUM address the changing needs of HR professionals.
